Your username is the email address you use on the platform for which you work. Click where it says FORGOT PASSWORD.
You will receive an email; click the green button and create your new password. It must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number (8 characters in total); also, please add one of the following characters to the end of your password: !@#$%^&*- Log in using your email address and your new password.
