Follow these simple steps to update your payment method quickly and securely:
Log in to your LiveJasmin account.
Go to Internal Account → Payout → Payment Options → Payment Option.
Click “To change your current payment provider, click here” at the bottom of the page.
Select “Change Payment Option” in the pop-up window.
You will receive an email with a verification link.
Click the link to upload your ID and Face+ID photos for verification.
Once approved, return to LiveJasmin and choose Pagomundo as your payment method.
Enter your Pagomundo email address and click “Save Payment”.
✨ Done! Your payment method has been successfully updated.
Then…
You will receive an email with a link to continue the setup
If you don’t receive it, go to:
👉 https://payments.pagomundo.com/loginIf you are not taken directly to create a password:
Enter your email (username)
Click FORGOT PASSWORD
Open the blue link sent to your email
Create your new password (8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, number)
Log in again
Inside Pagomundo, enter your personal bank account or virtual wallet information
(you must be the account holder)Click “Save Information” to finish
📌 Important Notes
Your full name must match on LiveJasmin, Pagomundo, and your bank
Do not add unnecessary spaces
Do not use hyphens, commas, periods, or special characters
Identification Number: the ID associated with your bank account in your country
Tax ID (CURP/NIT): Optional
Enter the deposit account number
